@Ralph12: Thanks for your post. I followed the instructions, installed the recommended plugin, made a test and I got the email. When I tried the forms I added to the site I don’t get the emails.

@Ralhp12 I’m using a child theme, all the elements shows up correctly but I’m not getting any emails from the forms. I tested the wpmail function and it works so I don’t know what else could be stopping the site to send emails.

Josue I think that the server config is not correct. It might be using the SMTP instead of phpmial() to deliver emails.

Can you tell me if enfold uses phpmail() funciton?

Hi Josue, I tried with CF7 and I get the following error:

Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact the administrator by another method.

Any ideas to solve it?

I updated to version 3.0.4 and my forms does not work. I don’t get any emails from the site.

Hi Ismael, I can see that this code is in the functions.php. I can´t see the WPML menu item in the front end.
It should be the last menu item.

Any other idea?
As I mentioned before, this happened after updating WPML plugins.

Hi Dude, I followed both tips an still get the error with Spanish translation. If I upload a new image in English (default language) I don’t get this error.

Hi Peter, I’m editing the Spanish version of my portfolio items. I need to add or update an image gallery but when I select the images and start uploading it, it takes more time than usual and then I get the following:

This just happens with the second language.

Did not work for me Alessio. If I do that in English, I get the drop down and the flags. When I switch to Spanish and change the settings as described it does not change anything on the front end.

I already open a ticket at WPML to see if there’s another workaround. I’m sure there’s something to do with the template.

Hi Ismael, it is not a plugin issue. I deactivate all the plugins and the dashboard remains the same. I uploaded a fresh copy via FTP and it did not solve the issue.

Hi Dude, I did that and now I only see the flags without language text. I want to use the dropdown option.

@Alessio,I’m not using Mailchimp and actually the rest of the plugins I intent to use are disabled so it has to be another way to fix this.

I don’t think it is WPML plugin since it was working correctly before updating enfold to the latest version.

I downloaded a fresh copy of the theme and uploaded via FTP, it did not help.

Any other tip in order to get the dropdown working correctly?
