It worked this time. Have you tried to disable all activated plugins?
Best regards,
Jordan ShannonHi,
And I mean any console errors within the avia builder.
Best regards,
Jordan ShannonHi,
I can try and walk you through some checks and fixes
Please check the following:
Go to Users > Your Profile, and uncheck the box “disable the visual editor when writing” if it is not already. Then test the editor. Also, please check and paste console errors if any.
Best regards,
Jordan ShannonHey JennyGr,
Please add the following to quick css:
.post-entry-5861 img{ max-height:205px!important; }
Let me know if this works for you.
Best regards,
Jordan ShannonHey Marc,
Please provide a link to the site/page in question so we can better assist you.

Apologies, I misunderstood. I thought you had started a previous separate thread regarding this issue. The above wp-admin credential does not seem to be working, can you please double check.

Jordan ShannonHi,
Please try another browser to test. Based on my research into this issue this seems be a bug between the pen driver and browser that would have to be resolved by either a Wacom driver update or Chrome update.
Best regards,
Jordan ShannonHi,
Is your original thread regarding this issue still open? If so please link me to it.

Jordan ShannonHi,
Apologies, I misunderstood what you were trying to achieve. Add the following to quick css:
#top .single-product-main-image .thumbnails a{ width:15.3%!important; }
This puts the thumbnails at 1×6. I based this off of the link you supplied above.
Best regards,
Jordan ShannonHey giaco_he,
This task would require more file modification than can be provided here in the support forums, but we do offer customization services that I am sure can complete this for you.

Hi,
Best regards,
Jordan ShannonHey Kevin,
I have not seen this issue before, have you attempted the edit in different browser to see if it produces the same issue? Alternately, you could try many of the plugins available for this purpose like https://wordpress.org/plugins/amazon-link/
Best regards,
Jordan ShannonHey k593,
This is a good tutorial for adding the SKU to your Shop pages:

Jordan ShannonHey Milk_and_Cookies,
It seems your footer.php is completely empty. It’s a good chance that your issue begins there. I would upload a new copy of the footer file into the theme folder, or paste in the required code into your current blank one to see if that helps.
Best regards,
Jordan ShannonHey muskowl16,
I don’t think gifs can be used as backgrounds. Try displaying it with a regular img tag like so.
<img src="URL to your image" />

Hey talawar,
This a function would require a little more extensive development than can be provided in the forum. We do offer customization services that should be able to handle the request.
I do however have an idea that may help. Perhaps if you make a duplicate of the page, and within each one you set the tab appropriate active tab and point the sublinks to the appropriate page. On the front end it still appears to be the same page.
Best regards,
Jordan ShannonHey samhughes8,
For that specific section you mentioned, it appears you have used an actual thumbnail sized image.
Make sure all background image urls point to the original, high resolution image and not to a thumbnail version of the image. In addition I recommend to use images with high resolutions – i.e. an image with a resolution of 1000×650 will appear blurry if you want to view it with a full hd screen. I recommend to upload the images with a resolution of 1920px or more.
Best regards,
Jordan ShannonHi,
Sir as I mentioned above the site is down because the following has to be removed from functions.php:
/* <a href="https://<a href='https://woocommerce.com/?ref=84' target='_blank' rel="nofollow">woocommerce</a>.com/?ref=84" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" data-mce-href="https://<a href='https://woocommerce.com/?ref=84' target='_blank' rel="nofollow">woocommerce</a>.com/?ref=84"><a href='https://woocommerce.com/?ref=84' target='_blank' rel="nofollow">Woocommerce</a></a> 3.0.0 Compatibility Fix Remove Enfold's custom functions that conflict with the new image display in <a href="https://<a href='https://woocommerce.com/?ref=84' target='_blank' rel="nofollow">woocommerce</a>.com/?ref=84" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" data-mce-href="https://<a href='https://woocommerce.com/?ref=84' target='_blank' rel="nofollow">woocommerce</a>.com/?ref=84"><a href='https://woocommerce.com/?ref=84' target='_blank' rel="nofollow">WooCommerce</a></a> 3.0.0 */ global $<a href="https://<a href='https://woocommerce.com/?ref=84' target='_blank' rel="nofollow">woocommerce</a>.com/?ref=84" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" data-mce-href="https://<a href='https://woocommerce.com/?ref=84' target='_blank' rel="nofollow">woocommerce</a>.com/?ref=84"><a href='https://woocommerce.com/?ref=84' target='_blank' rel="nofollow">woocommerce</a></a>; if( version_compare( $<a href="https://<a href='https://woocommerce.com/?ref=84' target='_blank' rel="nofollow">woocommerce</a>.com/?ref=84" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" data-mce-href="https://<a href='https://woocommerce.com/?ref=84' target='_blank' rel="nofollow">woocommerce</a>.com/?ref=84"><a href='https://woocommerce.com/?ref=84' target='_blank' rel="nofollow">woocommerce</a></a>->version, '3.0.0', ">=" ) ) { function avia_<a href="https://<a href='https://woocommerce.com/?ref=84' target='_blank' rel="nofollow">woocommerce</a>.com/?ref=84" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" data-mce-href="https://<a href='https://woocommerce.com/?ref=84' target='_blank' rel="nofollow">woocommerce</a>.com/?ref=84"><a href='https://woocommerce.com/?ref=84' target='_blank' rel="nofollow">woocommerce</a></a>_gallery_thumbnail_description($img, $attachment_id, $post_id, $image_class ) { return $img; } function avia_<a href="https://<a href='https://woocommerce.com/?ref=84' target='_blank' rel="nofollow">woocommerce</a>.com/?ref=84" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" data-mce-href="https://<a href='https://woocommerce.com/?ref=84' target='_blank' rel="nofollow">woocommerce</a>.com/?ref=84"><a href='https://woocommerce.com/?ref=84' target='_blank' rel="nofollow">woocommerce</a></a>_post_thumbnail_description($img, $post_id){ return $img; } }
You do this manually by opening the functions.php file in the theme folder. For ftp access you need to send me the username and pass for http://ftp.kishenent.com. I am trying my best to solve this for you but your assistance and understanding of these things is required at the moment.
Best regards,
Jordan ShannonHey shalenie,
You can try to disable all active plugins to see if there is some conflicting css. Also, please provide a link to the page/site in question.
Best regards,
Jordan ShannonHey mobCreative,
This is fixed. You want to make sure to use the full link, not the shortened one.
Best regards,
Jordan ShannonHey Pauline Kalkhove,
Yes, we have hundreds of users who use Woocommerce as well as other e-commerce solutions in conjunction with their Enfold installations.

Best regards,
Jordan ShannonHi,
1) Please try to increase the allocated php memory : http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP
2) If 1) doesn’t help deactivate all plugins and check if you can save the elements. If yes a plugin conflits with the theme and you can activate the plugins one by one to find the culprit.
3) If 2) doesn’t help try to re-upload the latest version of the theme. I’d also suggest to re-download the theme files from themeforest again to be on the safe side (corrupt files, etc.)
Best regards,
Jordan ShannonHey launchmoxie,
You don’t have to add !important. You can actually override the shortcode.css style directly on style.css or the Quick CSS.
Best regards,
Jordan ShannonHey Oby4455,
Add the following to quick css:
h2.woocommerce-loop-product__title{
font-size:20px!important
}Just adjust to the desired size.
Best regards,
Jordan ShannonHey Tarryn_M,
Please try to convert to .mp4 and load it to the media library. Also, please start a separate thread for this issue that way we can keep everything organized and specific to you.
Best regards,
