Have you actually added a title to the image? Inspecting the element shows that the tag itself is completely empty.

The default table element won’t interpret the raw html. Using a plugin like TablePress will be able to give you more options.

If that was the last major change to your installation (you mentioned above it was working 3 hours ago) I would roll back and see if that fixes the issue and then we can work from there to try and isolate the problem.

Our default contact form does not allow for placeholder text but this can be achieved by using something such as Contact Form 7.

Because of the height of the logo image. The menu is adjusting to the physical height of the image. Perhaps you can crop the top and bottom of it.

If you disable the videos on the page (or add the slider to a blank page) is it still slow? This could help rule out a script bottleneck. Also, please provide admin info so we can log in and look into this further.

The avia map widget is very basic and you can’t i.e. add different locations to it. If you want build advanced maps without taking care of code modifications I recommend to use this plugin: WP Google Maps. I tested it with Enfold and it’s very intuitive & easy to use and it integrates well into our theme. You can create an unlimited number of maps & markers, re-size the maps, etc.
