Yes, this would have to be done via category so you would need to edit this part specifically in the css:
```
.category-ofertes
```
As for if you only want to hide one field this would have to be done via css as well.

I would use a plugin such as this:

All-in-One WP Migration

You can perform a full site back-up and export prior to updating and if something goes wrong simply import the created file.
