Okay I will head over and take a look, though I will be honest and let you know that the developers have not yet released a permanent fix as of yet. Though I am positive it will be in the next update and hopefully soon.

Yes it’s because the host is having some kind of issue. The functions.php is not correct. Until the issue with the host/server is resolved its near impossible to work on as files won’t transfer and the dashboard times out.

Have you cleared your cache a few times over? Also, make sure you add this to the very top of quick css. This way it runs first.

Please try contacting the host provider. The FTP is performing bad as well which caused the files not to transfer.
