Unfortunately they would all have to be changed individually. Even though they are all using the same template and elements, they are still individual pages an as such one change would not effect the others.

Yes, apologies, but that would require additional JS scripting to produce and unfortunately that goes beyond the scope of support here in the forums. Essentially you need an if/else statement to be written.

You would have to add a font-size to the css above. It wouldn’t be rendered as heading, but likely a span.

Yes, this is all interpreted as simple HTML and CSS. It is just made simple on the front-end by drag and drop.

Do you currently have any custom css on the site. Sometimes if there is an error in the custom css you have written, it can prevent the other options from running. If so please remove the custom css and retest.

Do you want the video to just stop playing, and then display an actual .png or jpeg? If so that would require a fair amount of coding that goes beyond the scope of the forum. Thats something that would require a freelancer: http://kriesi.at/contact/customization
However if you just want the vid to stop looping then please make sure autoplay is not set on the YT link itself.

This is not an option by default, but you can try to do so using short codes to build it. You can enable debugging mode to see shortcodes you have created in pages using Advanced Layout Builder – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/
You can switch to Default Editor and click on Magic Wand to see full list of shortcodes http://i.imgur.com/n4KXkdm.jpg
then you can create any of them and copy/paste shortcode into any other content element or into text widget.Best regards,
