Have you tried hard clearing your cache, and disabling all active plugins to see if the issue resolves. Also, which php version are you using? Please be sure you are as close to 7.0 as possible.

Jordan ShannonHey tennetno,
Have you tried using the full-width submenu element. This may be the only option in doing so.

Jordan ShannonHey Kali,
Please try disabling all active plugins, and commenting out any custom css to see if that fixes that the issue. There could be a styling conflict.

I’m no longer seeing the suffix. Was this corrected already? If not, please screenshot me the exact area you are talking about so I know I am targeting the right section.
Best regards,
Jordan ShannonHi,
You can simply cut it and paste it back in. I just need to confirm which if any part of the css is causing the issue.
Best regards,
Jordan ShannonHi,
It should have adjusted the logo image as well. Add this updated code to target the menu as well:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px){ .responsive .logo img { max-width:20%!important; } #header{ height:70px!important; } .av-hamburger-box{ height:30px!important; width:20px!important; } }Best regards,
Jordan ShannonHi,
403 is a security error, which usually happens when you don’t have permission to access some pages/locations. Do you have some security platforms in place? Try to switch the theme to default and if there’s still a 403 error, try to contact your web host.

I added the following to quick css:

Jordan ShannonHi,
Yes. Unfortunately we are very limited with the support we can provide to third-party-plugin conflicts. What I would recommend is to also activate the default WordPress theme and see if the issue still occurs.
