Generally videos do not autoplay on mobile phones. This is a restriction of the device itself, not the theme or WP.

As for the icons, do you mean you want them 1 row of 6 columns centered?

If it worked before moving to the new host, I would recommend seeing what they reply with before we look at other things. A lot of times when forms aren’t working as they should, it can point to a server issue.

One solution would be to use a photo editor to edit the image to be more mobile friendly, and then use css to display that instead on mobile devices.

Enfold includes a bundled version of LayerSlider which is not the latest version. If you want the most up to date version of LS you have to purchase your own individual license from Envato.
