Hi,

Thanks. I think I may see the issue. What is that black semi-transparent square in the middle of the slider. Is this apart of your custom css as well? Is this intentionally there?

Do you have any other custom css that may be prevent that css from running? Also, try disabling all other active plugins to ensure that there is no other style conflicts.

Did you make sure to create js > avia.js in the child theme? Make sure you pull the copy directly from a fresh download of the theme.
