Are you using a color section. Color Sections and full width sliders will always push the sidebar to the bottom of the page.

Hi,

Unfortunately we can’t do a call. At this point the best course of action is to at least attempt the re-install. One option would be to attempt it locally to see if it fixes the issue. That way you can see the result without disrupting the live site.
