It’s there the color is just white so it can’t be seen. Please add the following to quick css:

You may be able to do this easier by simply adding a border instead via css. Also css can be used to adjust the caption position. Please provide a link to the site/page in question so we can look into this issue further.

I am not seeing the issue unfortunately, however, since you seem to be aware of how media queries in css work then you could target the problem areas class and position it specifically for mobile.
