To register your theme go to Enfold > Theme Update and enter your ThemeForest username and a valid API key. Envato has put together a step by step guide to help you generate the API key please check the API key section.

You can remove .home to target the additional sections. If you have any custom css thats broken, then that could prevent the toggle from working.

Enfold does not have an element solution for the menu you want to achieve. You would need a plugin or code a custom solution.
