Please try to use Fullwidth Easy Slider instead since it has more options, fullscreen slider don’t have height adjustment since it will stretch images to occupy full width and height of the screen, if you want to still use fullscreen slider and adjust the height, we can still help with that with custom css code.

Okay I see what you mean. Trying to keep that 2 column layout on mobile will make the columns so narrow the text will be near unreadable.

Adjust the Blog Style under Blog Layout panel. Set it to “Use the advance layout builder..” option. You can now build the content of the blog in the advance layout builder. Make sure to include the Blog Posts element.
