Hi,

Did you clear the cache a few times over? Also add the code to the very top of quick css so it runs first.

This would be possible with a mixture of the available elements in the page builder, however you would likely need a bit of css as well for the link positioning at the top, particularly around the globe image.

Unfortunately I do not see an easy way of doing that with the tabs. It’s possible with toggles though, http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold/shortcodes/toggles-accordions/.
