Great! Perhaps a plugin issue? Go through and review any changes that may have been made on your site recently. Something clearly whipped out the uploads folder.

Did you add the code to the very top of quick css so it runs first? Also be sure to clear the cache a few times over.

If this is for one specific post, you can use the page id and hide the image on just that page via css.

Do you have any css that is formatted incorrectly? That could prevent css from running in some areas. Also, using the “!important;” declaration can help.
