Add this to quick css:

.av-masonry-entry-content.entry-content font{
font-color:#fff!important;
font-weight:bold!important;
font-size:20px!important;
}

If the color remains brown, you have to find and remove this from css:

#top .av-caption-style-overlay a.av-masonry-item-with-image .av-inner-masonry-content * {
    color: #8c4e3b !important;
}
