This is usually a very manual process. Please see the following:

How to Reorder Posts in WordPress and WooCommerce

WooCommerce” — Kinsta Managed WordPress Hosting" frameborder="0" marginwidth="0" marginheight="0" scrolling="no">

You essentially have to manually change the post dates.

You can’t quite get 50, 25, 25

The table spacing is based off the longest table cell. In this case the one in the middle.
