Do this, http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/, and it will let you see the shortcodes used in the layout builder. You can copy the code for your table and paste it inside the tab content.
You also have the option of using a more robust table plugin like TablePress and pasting that shortcode as well.
