If Envato don’t have a solution, is there another way I can download this and keep it updated?
yes, this works as expected on mobile and not on desktop. The code was produced through Twitter’s website (which allows you to click options, then it provides the snippet to insert). I also tried other methods and had the same result – Twitters own and a 3rd party addon.
I’ve generated a new password (see below)
That would help!
update – the feed is working on mobile devices, but not on web.
thanks for looking at this.
account access belowMike that is great – I’ve taken a copy of the downloaded files. Everything looks like it is working, and I have the ability to edit again! that is brilliant.
Many thanks, Jo
very odd – I had only tested a web link from within my control panel and that worked to ‘see’ the contents. recreating here on filezilla I got the same result.
I have created a user access for you which does work in filezilla (in private)
thanks for your persistence.
Jo
I’ve updated the password again (same details as before) port 21 is correct.
I’ve tested this time and seems ok.
Please try again, thanks
Jo
also good to do today as I can work on fixes if it falls apart before Monday. Presumably the auto updates will start working again after this?
thanks Mike we backed up just yesterday, so fine to go ahead. Thank you for doing this.
FTP access is below:
oh and PHP is 7.0
thanks – details below:
let me know if you need a different email address.
I’ve also tried disabling all plug ins
thanks, I’ve just done the transient thing and that didn’t fix it.
I am unable to do a manual update as a designer bought the key originally. I have the key and his login name, but not the password to download the theme. His details are in the private data of the above post.
I have migrated to a better host. I still can’t update to the latest Enfold. Is there another way of doing the update?
