Hi Ismael-
So what do I put if I want it to be locked down to a category, looping within only that category, and default for next and last? This is for both posts and portfolios…
Thanks!June 27, 2024 at 4:59 am in reply to: Portfolio and Posts Reverse Navigation, Same Category, and Looped #1459810Hi Ismael-
Yes, some of them do belong to multiple categories.
Login details for you, below (privately)..June 26, 2024 at 11:34 pm in reply to: Portfolio and Posts Reverse Navigation, Same Category, and Looped #1459795Hi Ismael-
That worked for the looping but it is not locked down to the specific category or reverse the previous and next… in both portfolio categories and post categories. I have added links etc privately.
Thanks

June 19, 2024 at 7:57 pm in reply to: Portfolio and Posts Reverse Navigation, Same Category, and Looped #1452032That works without the code, but once I use the above code, that stops working.
It had to do with the featured image sizes, they were almost all the same but off a few pixels here and there. I resized everything to the same size/proportion and added them as featured images. It fixed the issue.
Thanks!
-DA little more info… I just added a few more portfolio posts that made a third line. It too is running right to left, instead of left to right so the only correct line is the first…
Thanks!
-DHi-
It seems like with the flexible masonry the order is going in more of a snake pattern instead of a strict left to right. I need a left to right, line by line post sorting. More details in the private content.
Thanks!Hi-
I am finally circling back on this. What I ended up doing was changing from perfect grid to flexible masonry and then the thumbnails and text below it looked great. I have since added a bunch of entries and have run into the problem of sorting. It seems like with the flexible masonry it is running in a snake like pattern, line 1 left to right, line 2 right to left, line 3 left to right. Is this normal? Is there a way for all the lines to run left to right?
Thanks!Hi Dake-
Here is a screenshot: https://www.dropbox.com/s/c6s48kq8u9rc6fc/Screen%20Shot%202015-07-26%20at%2012.21.15%20PM.png?dl=0
Ideally, I would like to have the image as a 4:3 rectangle and then the title and excerpt below it.
Thanks!
-DThis reply has been marked as private.Hi Josue-
We did that already, it is up at 128 both on the server and within WP.
-DHi Josue-
That is weird because I haven’t used any quick css, everything was put in the child theme… Additionally, I am also having a problem with the title and breadcrumbs not showing. All settings are set for them to show… Seems like it is the same type of problem as the footer not showing.
Please advise.
Thanks!
-DHi Josue-
I just did and it is still not working… both on the server and in wp-config.
Thanks!
-DHi Josue-
I upped the PHP memory limit on the server to 64 and also added WP memory limit (at 64 as well) in the wp-config file but the footer is still not showing.
Thanks!Hi Josue-
Got it, thanks for your help!
-DHi Josue-
This is how its showing on Firefox and Safari, why the discrepancy?

-DanicaHi Josue-
That does make the title show on the enlargement page but the alt text in the code now displays the title and I need the alt text to show the alt text in the code for SEO purposes…. Please advise.
Thanks!

Thanks!
-DHi Andy-
For SEO reasons, they want to alt in the code but not showing. Is there any way for the enlargements to show the title and not the alt? The roll overs with the thumbnails show the title not the alt…
Thanks!
-DThat did it! Thanks so much for all your help!!! I also did the same thing with loop-search.php for the search results.
