Yigit you made my day – unfortunately I just did always a copy/replace – I NEVER deleted the complete folder… That’s so stupid… :D Anyway thanks a lot!

Hi Guys,

Iam having exact the same issue since I’ve upgraded enfold today. Luckily I found this article. If I rename the folder everything works, than I change the theme to the wordpress default and correct the enfold folder name back to “enfold”. After activating the enfold theme again – http 500. Can you please assist?

After the FTP reinstall nothing changed. I get the error above directly at the “enfold” menu. And on the wordpress dashboard I get these:

any ideas?

Same error as before on several sites within WordPress – Countdown on coming soon page still not working…

Hey Josue,

Thanks – the Countdown is visible again but not counting down (i’ve picked a date in future of course) – any ideas? I’ver realized also here an utf-8 problem (directly at the enfold theme, i’ve just added the quick css (next to it there is a warning displayed:

Oh wow – thanks! What was the problem? Something I did wrong?
One last question – I’ve realized that on the coming soon page the “countdown” isn’t working any longer. The date should be set correct… But nothing visible… Anything I need to be aware of?

I will doublecheck this – but I access it also within my company (other browser/computer) as well as after your first message, I asked a colleague of mine to test this. No problems here…

Rikard, and you have tried the credentials? To be honest there is not htaccess password prompt in front of wordpress – tried that several times now – also a colleague of mine (via IE/Edge/Chrome)

I just get the wordpress login

Hi Rikard,

Alright – Had 2 deactivate Google Authenticator.

I noticed also an error just on the “start dashboard”… Very weird.

Jup i did this right now :/ nothing changed unfortunately – I also did no updates since months on the HP (just wordpress as usual and enfold)
