I solved it by:
– updating PHP to 5.6;
– installing a very old version of Enfold (which I fortunately saved), which made it partly going again;
– updating this to the latest Enfold version.I must say, a bit more help from support would have been welcome. There seem to be quite a lot of problems with updating.

Thank you for your message. I have uploaded the theme files you sent, but it’s still the same. I changed the theme to default and now something is visible. Of course, this looks terrible, but I suppose this means that the fault is not in WordPress, but in the update of Enfold. Could you please have a look in the files (see private)?

I googled “wordpress dual language undefined menu problem” and found out that the WPML plugin caused this problem. After updating this to the newest version, everything works perfect.

On a clients site I wanted to change the menu (changing a page), and this worked well in the Dutch version. In the English version I am not able to get a change saved.
Can you please tell me what to do?

I understand, but this would mean that my client would have to lay-out the posts. My client wants the ‘automatic’ solution, only with a position change of ‘Share this entry’ with ‘Leave a reply’. Is that possible?

We placed the code in the php.ini, but it still doesn’t work. Every time I try to change something in the English menu, I get an error page: Nothing Found. Sorry, the post you are looking for is not available. When I get back to the menu, nothing has changed. The result is quite a problem: on the English site the Dutch menu is visible, which means that no one can visit the English site.
The strange thing is, that this worked just fine, and suddenly it doesn’t…
I hope you have a solution,

Additional information: if I try to change things in the English menu, I get an error page and it is not saved.

Thank you for your message. Actually, what I mean is that now the site is responsive I would also like to have responsive image sizes. So that if someone visits the site from a tablet or smartphone, that they get much smaller images, so that the site loads faster. Something like they promise at http://adaptive-images.com/.
Would that be possible?
