This isn`t a bug because the text block from the Advanced Layout Builder is separated from the default text block, so, if you write your text in the default editor, it only is showed there.

I have tried to access your dashboard and theres this issue:http://prntscr.com/ga53vg - sometimes, its caused by a plugin conflict and you`ll need to disable one by one via FTP to check which one is causing the problem.
