John TorvikHi,
Some custom CSS code added by you at the Enfold > General Styling is causing it because if you delete all the code, you`ll see the testimonial normally.

Try the following:
1. Install this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-image-sizes/
2. Go to Settings > Media
3. Change the featured_large image size (increase its width / height).
4. Regenerate the thumbnails by clicking the button at the bottom.Best regards,

You can try to use the Backupbuddy (plugin) to save a backup or contact your host provider and ask for a backup.

You need to test the following things before to continue:
-> Test if there are any plugin conflict disabling all of them and check the site again.
-> Check this article about speed tricks: https://wpengine.com/blog/site-speed-make-wordpress-lightning-fast/
-> Remove any custom code (added from your side).
Best regards,
John TorvikHey ddmarsden,
You can check which one is causing this problem disabling the plugin or switching the theme to the WP default theme. If the plugin is causing it, you need to contact the plugin`s author and ask help.

John TorvikHi,
You can decrease the gap space using this custom CSS code at Enfold Theme Options > General Styling > Quick CSS:
.page-id-3285 .av_one_fifth { margin-left: 1% !important; } .page-id-3285 .av_one_fifth:first-child { margin-left: 4% !important; }
Best regards,
John TorvikHi,
The original dimensions are 600×337 and depending on the screen width, it will be resized automatically. So, my suggestion to you is adding a custom class in your image following this article: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/turn-on-custom-css-field-for-all-alb-elements/ and replace this image with the following custom CSS code at Enfold Theme Options > General Styling > Quick CSS
@media only screen and (min-width: 1280px) { .customClass { display: none !important; background-image: url('new_image_resized_link') !important; background-repeat: no-repeat !important; } }
You need to change the screen width and the “new_image_resized_link”.
Best regards,
John TorvikHey zemag33,
We recommend you to use the WPML or Locotranslate to make the translation.
Best regards,
