Thanks. I made sure I cleaned out the old directory (backed it up first) before uploading the new one.
All seems to be working fine, and the problem I had has gone away, so many thanks!September 28, 2021 at 12:05 am in reply to: [av_three_fifth first] appearing on a pages I'm trying to edit #1322548Thanks, that has fixed it. I think I was confused as my wordpress/theme was saying it was the latest..
Theme Updates
No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (4.5.1)I’ve since uploaded version 4.8 via cpanel and now I can edit properly again!
Is there anything else I have to do once I’ve overridden the files in the wordpress folder, or is that sufficient?September 14, 2021 at 3:24 am in reply to: [av_three_fifth first] appearing on a pages I'm trying to edit #1320815any update on my issue?
Hi there, I’ve got this error also.
I’m running the latest theme, WP and using php 7.4.
What I see is the page heading, then something like:[av_three_fifth first av_uid='av-us9ewl']
[av_gallery ids='4643,4642,4640,4641,4639,4638' style='thumbnails' preview_size='portfolio' crop_big_preview_thumbnail='avia-gallery-big-crop-thumb' thumb_size='portfolio' columns='5' imagelink='lightbox' lazyload='avia_lazyload' av_uid='av-35oe3s' admin_preview_bg='']
Happy to supply a link.
Is there anyway to get the footer back to the way it was? I can’t remember exactly, but I did backup the setting prior (and restored, so not sure why they are missing/different).
thanks for all the help. I’m just missing the footer information now, it looks like what I had setup before has been lost.
got it, appreciate your help. Been a while since I had to play with Menus.
I suppose I’m all good to upgrade to WordPress 5 now?

sorry, I must have typed it in wrong. No code errors now, but the blog is still showing the oldest at the top of the list..
thanks for that, but when I change the code, I get the following error on the home page now:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘$additional_loop’ (T_VARIABLE), expecting function (T_FUNCTION) in /home/XXXX/public_html/V4/wp-content/themes/enfold/framework/php/class-framework-widgets.php on line 425
thanks for that Yigit.
I had that up before, but it’s showing the first blog entries at the top of the list (ie, the earliest ones), when I need to show the ‘latest’ blog entries at the top of the list..
Any ideas how to flip this?

Just uploaded the contents of the zip again to the /V4 folder, but still no luck.
Can’t update the library (add new images) at all..

I added in the line, but still the same problem.
Interesting, when I add photos to the library, it accepts them at first, but then when I click to edit a page, and then go back to media, it’s empty. Something wrong here :-(
