    Hi,
    The version it says the site is running is 5.6.30. Can you please tell me how to solve this because at this point, I am too nervous to try and update Enfold again. Perhaps you can use my private info to go in and take a look at why when I update it, the site turns to a white screen. It seems like others in the forums are having this trouble with the latest update, too. Thanks so much!

    The only plugins I am using are Akismet, Insert Headers and Footers, Ninja Forms and Yoast. I had been using all of them before this started happening. Thoughts?

    Hi John,
    Thank you for the response, but that has nothing to do with my problem.

    My problem is that I am unable to update plugins or the theme without it causing major problems. Godaddy says it’s a problem with the theme. I am wondering if anyone has come across this problem with the theme or with the theme in conjunction with the plugins on the site.

    When I try to update anything, the site goes into maintenance mode. According to Godaddy it also creates a dot maintenance file on the server (as I guess it’s supposed to when updating), but it never goes away.

    Somehow I need to get past this. Please – someone help! Thank you!

    Hi,
    Just wondering if anyone has had a chance to look at arvidsons.com?Do you want login info for Fiesta Pools and Spas as their mobile menu is also down? I have another site that I haven’t updated Enfold yet – should I wait since there’s the mobile menu problem?

    Any assistance with these two sites is much appreciated as our traffic has dropped significantly since the mobile menus aren’t working.

    1. The blog posts are listed under outdoor living in the footer, and I’d like a thumbnail to show with them.
    2. That worked to get those images to show up on mobile, but it looks terrible. I am assuming since the first block is image left, text right followed by text left, image right and so on, that is why it looks bad. Is there a way to leave the desktop looking that way, but get the mobile to show up with the images on top followed by the corresponding text?

    Hi Yigit,
    Here are the problems I am seeing on mobile:
    1. The secondary menu at top disappears, but the lines remain.
    2. The image that goes with the Find Your Hot Tub isn’t showing up.
    3. The image with Find Your Big Green Egg isn’t showing up.
    4. The image with Would You Like to Talk isn’t showing up.
    5. On mobile and desktop, the blog post thumbnails aren’t showing up in the footer.

    That worked to make it white on the home page, but then it made the phone number white on all the other pages and when you scroll down the home page because the menu area is white. Can you please tell me how to make it black then?

    All of these demo files can be imported with a single click.
    Features can be combined at will. If you like features from several demos you can include them all in one installation ;D

    So am I understanding you correctly that the full screen slider is not responsive, aka mobile friendly, but that the fullwidth easy slider is? That doesn’t make any sense. In this day and age, why would anyone want to use a slider that doesn’t respond to screen size? Am I missing something?

    Thank you for the link! But I am familiar with it. My problem isn’t covered here, though. My problem is that some people receive the forms some of the time but not all of the time. So, we have no way of knowing what we aren’t receiving so one person can keep track of it all.

    Thank you so much! I am sharing the login and fti info with you here. I really appreciate your help!

    While I have, I do have another question, too – all our contact forms are on a blue background with white text. This works fine in Firefox, but in Chrome and Edge, on the drop down forms it changes the background to white so the white text isn’t visible. Thoughts?

    Again, thank you for any help you can provide on getting my site back up and running like normal.

    I am afraid to update that second site because the first site got updated to the new WordPress and the new Enfold, and that’s when it went down. It’s a GoDaddy Managed WordPress site, and they say it isn’t on their end. Please advise.
