Also, none of those suggestions worked. Any other thoughts?
Thank you,
JustineHi Ismael,
I also got this email saying there is a critical error on the site – would this be part of the problem?Howdy!
Since WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.
In this case, WordPress caught an error with your theme, Enfold.
First, visit your website (https://stmarywichita.org/) and check for any visible issues. Next, visit the page where the error was caught (https://stmarywichita.org/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php) and check for any visible issues.
Please contact your host for assistance with investigating this issue further.
If your site appears broken and you can’t access your dashboard normally, WordPress now has a special “recovery mode”. This lets you safely login to your dashboard and investigate further.
To keep your site safe, this link will expire in 1 day. Don’t worry about that, though: a new link will be emailed to you if the error occurs again after it expires.
When seeking help with this issue, you may be asked for some of the following information:
WordPress version 5.8.1
Current theme: Enfold (version 4.8.7)
Current plugin: (version )
PHP version 7.4.10Thank you so much, Yigit! I really appreciate it! Have a great day!
Hi, Mike,
That solution didn’t work like Yigit’s did… Any other thoughts?
Thanks!Hi. He fixed the about page by doing this: 1- I could reproduce the issue on my iphone and noticed “parallax” class on the color section even though it did not have any background so I temporarily added a background image, set it to scroll, removed background image, saved the element and updated the page and that helped.
This is what I couldn’t figure out for the other about pages. Thank you so much!!
This reply has been marked as private.Hi, Rikard,
It’s on all the about pages, not the contact page (sorry – don’t know why that showed up in the private data – it was supposed to be login info..) where the header image doesn’t look right as you can see in the image links I sent (do you see those?). Also, it’s on an iphone in Safari, Chrome, and Firefox. I’d love any suggestions you have! Also, one more question – on the home page slider, there are two buttons, but when you look at the site on mobile or an ipad, it doesn’t show the buttons. Is there a fix for this also?
These issues seem to be kind of similar. Thanks so much!
JustineI also do not want checkout in the main menu either.
Sorry for all the emails, this is a summary of what I don’t want on main menu, please: (I don’t want the words Cart or Checkout on the menu, I need Events back, and I need the order of the menu items to reflect what the Menu says.)
Also, I had a link in the main menu called Events (https://stmarywichita.org/events/). It had both the list and the calendar from the church demo there with content. Now that page isn’t even listed under my pages. Please help!
Thank you!

Nevermind! It looks like it is working now.
Thank you!

Thank you! I did elevate your login to admin if you can take a look around. We are waiting for the SSL to be installed – should be sometime later today. Is there anyway I can install the church demo in the meantime so we can work on it this weekend?
Thank you!
JustineHi, Yigit,
I couldn’t even get into the dashboard yesterday, but I have since gone back to a site backup from a few days ago, so I can login now. This issue was caused when I tried to update the WooCommerce plugin, so if you could help with fixing that, it would be so appreciated! Thank you so much!
JustineHi, Nikko,
Well, that looks like it fixes it for now. So does this mean I can’t use Hummingbird? Our site is so slow I am afraid not using it will make it worse.
Thanks!
JustineThank you so much for all your help. Unfortunately, when I add something to the cart and hit checkout, I am getting a blank page again. Any more ideas on how to fix this? I really appreciate all your help as I have exhausted everything else.
Thank you,
JustineHi, Nikko,
Hmm. That is odd. Thank you for excluding those from being cached. I am now seeing this text in a gray bar at the top of the website, though, that wasn’t there before. Can you please advise?
Thank you!

Hi Nikko,
After you sent that screen shot, I found that I too can get into that page. The two pages I am unable to edit are the Contact Page and the Specials Page. Any idea why that would be? Those two pages just spin and spin when I try to edit them. They were fine a week ago.
Thanks so much. I have searched the internet, and am at a loss.
Thank you,
JustineHey, Nikko,
Thanks, but that didn’t work. Any other thoughts? Login info included.
Thank you,
JustineHi,
Sorry. I changed your access so you can get in and look now.
Thanks!Hi,
I have done the settings exactly the same in the Customizer as this website where it is working correctly:
Main shop page: https://townleypoolandspa.com/shop/
Category pages: https://townleypoolandspa.com/product-category/pool-chemicals/But on the Fiesta Website, I don’t get the category pages to show up. When I click on a group like pool chemicals from the shop page (https://fiestapoolsandspas.com/shop/), it takes me to this page where all the chemicals are together: https://fiestapoolsandspas.com/product-category/pool-chemicals/
So while the two sites are going to the same product-category pages, they are not showing it the same way.
Can you please advise?
Thanks again!
JustineHi,
I am asking if when you click on one of the three choices on the shop page how to get it to go to another page that has the categories on it instead of all the products. I am not seeing where to go to get category pages to show up.
Thank you!Hi Mike,
Thanks for the suggestion, although when I went to edit the archive.php file, it said there was an error and wouldn’t save it. Any other thoughts? My login info is included if that helps.
Thanks!
JustineHi Victoria,
Thank you very much! It worked in the Quick CSS – I really appreciate it!If I might ask one more question, please. On the category pages like this one (https://fiestapoolsandspas.com/product-category/pool-chemicals/), is it possible to have breadcrumbs or a menu to all of the shop options like pool chemicals, hot tub chemicals, pool packages, and spa kits, so they don’t have to go back to the main shop page?
Thank you!!!
JustineThis reply has been marked as private.Or, you can tell me what country, and I will unlock that. Thank you!!!
Hi,
Can you give me your ip address, and I will whitelist it?We had some major problems a while ago and disabled all other countries.
Thanks so much!

One more question – the code works to take away some of the extra space in Firefox, but it doesn’t in Chrome. Thoughts?
thanks! -
