Thank you so much for all your help. Unfortunately, when I add something to the cart and hit checkout, I am getting a blank page again. Any more ideas on how to fix this? I really appreciate all your help as I have exhausted everything else.
Thank you,
JustineHi, Nikko,
Hmm. That is odd. Thank you for excluding those from being cached. I am now seeing this text in a gray bar at the top of the website, though, that wasn’t there before. Can you please advise?
Thank you!

Hi Nikko,
After you sent that screen shot, I found that I too can get into that page. The two pages I am unable to edit are the Contact Page and the Specials Page. Any idea why that would be? Those two pages just spin and spin when I try to edit them. They were fine a week ago.
Thanks so much. I have searched the internet, and am at a loss.
Thank you,
JustineHey, Nikko,
Thanks, but that didn’t work. Any other thoughts? Login info included.
Thank you,
JustineHi,
Sorry. I changed your access so you can get in and look now.
Thanks!Hi,
I have done the settings exactly the same in the Customizer as this website where it is working correctly:
Main shop page: https://townleypoolandspa.com/shop/
Category pages: https://townleypoolandspa.com/product-category/pool-chemicals/But on the Fiesta Website, I don’t get the category pages to show up. When I click on a group like pool chemicals from the shop page (https://fiestapoolsandspas.com/shop/), it takes me to this page where all the chemicals are together: https://fiestapoolsandspas.com/product-category/pool-chemicals/
So while the two sites are going to the same product-category pages, they are not showing it the same way.
Can you please advise?
Thanks again!
JustineHi,
I am asking if when you click on one of the three choices on the shop page how to get it to go to another page that has the categories on it instead of all the products. I am not seeing where to go to get category pages to show up.
Thank you!Hi Mike,
Thanks for the suggestion, although when I went to edit the archive.php file, it said there was an error and wouldn’t save it. Any other thoughts? My login info is included if that helps.
Thanks!
JustineHi Victoria,
Thank you very much! It worked in the Quick CSS – I really appreciate it!If I might ask one more question, please. On the category pages like this one (https://fiestapoolsandspas.com/product-category/pool-chemicals/), is it possible to have breadcrumbs or a menu to all of the shop options like pool chemicals, hot tub chemicals, pool packages, and spa kits, so they don’t have to go back to the main shop page?
Thank you!!!

Hi,
Can you give me your ip address, and I will whitelist it?We had some major problems a while ago and disabled all other countries.
Thanks so much!

One more question – the code works to take away some of the extra space in Firefox, but it doesn’t in Chrome. Thoughts?
thanks! The area that reads get your free quote has a form directly underneath it that no one can see. The Sharp Spring form guys says this: Our code is normally directly in the page source, and should render inside of the element it is placed in. However, as you can see from my screenshot of Chrome’s inspector, it is being placed directly in the <body>, which is likely at least part of the reason it isn’t appearing correctly.
Can you please advise?
thanks!Hi Ismael,
Thanks. I suppose it is okay. I really wanted it to look like this though and just couldn’t get it: https://www.calderaspas.com/shopping-tools/request-brochure
Thank you!Hi Victoria,
Thank you so much for the fix for the logo spacing.Any chance you can offer some suggestions on getting my page to look like the one in the example with the hero image, contact form, and small bit of text like the example? Thanks so much!
JustineThank you, Nikko.
Sure, anything you can do to help is great. The ftp info is in private data.
Thank you,
JustineHi NIkko,
I’m not sure where to add that script in the site – can you please advise? Also, the avia layout builders spins on this page only on my website. It works on all other pages. Can you please, please, please fix this? We have major changes to do, and this is really frustrating. Also, could it be the child theme causing this issue? Any idea why it is just this page? Please help.
Thank you again,
JustineHi Nikko,
That didn’t do anything, and I tried disabling it and setting it to learning mode. This is the only page on the website that isn’t letting me edit it and just shows spinning wheel. I am really desperate here. Do you have any other thoughts, please, or tricks you can try? Thank you?Hi Nikko,
Ok – I did that, but the wheel is still spinning, and I can’t edit the page….
Thank you!Hi Nikko,
I’m not sure what I am supposed to do when I enable the debugger, and where do I get it? Thanks.Hi Nikko,
Nope. That didn’t work. When I click to edit home page, all I get is the wordpress backend with spinner spinning.
Thanks,
JustineNikko,
I don’t know what to say, but THANK YOU! I appreciate it so much. Have a great week,
JustineHi,
Thank you so much. I changed you to admin, and here’s the ftp info.
Thanks again!
JustineHi Nikko,
That post really doesn’t help me either. I found one post that had some code to add to the functions.php file for getting the Houzz icon to show up in the right header bar, but when I try to do it, it won’t let me and says there is an error.Surely there is an easy way to add the Houzz icon with the rest of the social icons in the top right of the site. Can you please advise?
My private login info is included if you need.
Thank you!Hi Basilis,
Thank you for that link, but that’s not my issue. I want to add a Houzz link to the header bar at the top of my page and at the bottom where the other social media icons are, and there’s no choice in the back end to do it.
Thank you!!
