You can see the vertical scroll bar on the right for the form. It’s apparently not fitting on some devices and in some browsers. It used to until a few weeks ago. We need the whole form to show up without any vertical scroll bars.

Hi,
I am not sure what page you are looking at, but I can see all the images in the backend. For example, on this page: https://townleypoolandspa.com/service/.
The top left image is missing on both desktop and mobile, but i can see it in the backend. Likewise, there is an image background behind the area toward the bottom of the page that says “Ready to Schedule Service?” and it’s not showing up. In addition, those words are usually much larger, and now they are small.

Please help – i have tried everything!

Also, I can see all the images when I am editing and previewing a page. I just can’t see them on the live site if that helps.

The PHP version is 8.3. We just updated Enfold through our webhost to 7.1.3. We are now getting a different error:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare av_countdown_events_fallback() (previously declared in /home2/arvidson/public_html/christmasdecor.arvidsons.com/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/events_countdown/events_countdown.php:16) in /home2/arvidson/public_html/christmasdecor.arvidsons.com/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/events_countdown.php on line 8

Any help would be much appreciated. We also can’t get into our back end at the moment and are doing updates through the host.

We also have a website at arvidsons.com, and there is as of today a critical error on this one as well.

Right, I saw that, too. On the regular site at fiestapoolsandspas.com, there are two things wrong:
-missing images
-on the menu bar, there are black lines between each one, whereas on the staging site (and the rest of the regular site), they show white as they are supposed to.

Any thoughts on what I should do know to fix the regular site?

Hi, again,
There are still images missing on our home page. Any thoughts on how to get them back? Under the hero image, there are four columns (hot tubs, inground pools, pool remodels, etc) and two rows. Seven of the images aren’t showing up, and only the image on shop online is showing up. This has never happened before. How can we fix it, please?

Also, I want all the H2 headings on that one page to be the same size, and they are still not. So I am very confused as to what to do next. Thanks so much!
