Hey, hey! I figured it out. We’re good! :)
So… I talked to my developer, and it turns out that the section id on that page is causing a conflict with some Javascript code that I’ve had developed.
I have some code that listens for a button click in #av_section_1 and then changes the normal behavior of that click.
Is there a way for me to change the section id on certain pages?
I found the plugin causing the problem, but I’m not entirely sure what to do about it.
I had someone develop the slider on my main landing page (linked below), and as part of that work, he installed a plugin called “Scripts & Styles.”
If I deactivate “Scripts & Styles” the rest of my buttons start to work, but the slider on my main landing page does not work. :/
Any advice?
Thanks!
Thank you.
Just FYI, I have a plugin called “Scripts and Styles” that a developer uploaded to make the slider on my main page work. This plugin may be causing issues, though I’m not sure.
Please do not deactivate the plugin permanently as it will break my slider :/
Thanks
Thanks for your support!
Yigit,
I will try that… but the menu links on my transparent pages all look correct, they are all WHITE. The menu links on all my non-transparent pages are BLUE.
Why is there a difference at all? Shouldn’t they be the same color?
Thanks,
MichaelRikard,
Yes, I did, I have selected “No Transparency.”
Any other ideas? It seems to be doing this on every page where I have “No Transparency” selected. On all of my other pages with transparent headers, the menu links are white.
Thanks,
MichaelI got it working… Had something to do with my minify settings. I’m still not sure if it was wig mm the JavaScript or CSS. I will experiment with it again at a future date.
Thanks a ton for your help!
I was using Safari.
After messing around some more, I think I figured out how to trigger it. If I type the URL of my page into the URL bar, and hit ENTER, all the elements flash and disappear. Likewise, if I refresh the page by clicking in the URL bar and pressing ENTER, the same thing happens.
What’s weird:
If I click the refresh icon in Safari, the page loads fine.
I cannot replicate this issue with Google Chrome.
So strange…
Hi there,
Sorry for the late replies. I’m using the plugin because I can’t find a way to make the actual link a button.
I want the link “Book Now” in the menu of Enfold to be a button, instead of just colored text. Is there a way to do this?
Thank you!
MichaelThis worked, thank you so much!
Yigit,
I have done exactly as you have asked, and it still didn’t work. Any other ideas? Could something be blocking it somehow?
Thank you,
