Those are the only ftp-credentials that I have, I double checked and they work for me. Maybe there is some country limitation.

I can not activate the new theme because it crashes my site.
The theme (latest version) is named enfoldNEW in the themes folder. You can try to activate it to see the problem.
I now enabled the editor panel.

I now returned the older version of theme and left the new one to themes-folder with name enfoldNEW.
The FTP-credentials should work. Please leave the http:// -part away from the address.

Thank you, it is working now.
The original problem why I started to update the theme still exists; I can not edit some pages.

It only shows me the loading icon on the page content and I can not see any elements in the builder.
