That worked, Mike! Thanks so much.
December 22, 2022 at 2:10 pm in reply to: Icon List with 'horizontal-icon-list' class only showing 2 across #1377113I’m sorry, yes I did css items #1, #2 & #3 that you mentioned above. I applied #1 to the section element that contains the row element in which the icon list exists. I’ve added a link to the website so you can see.

I can’t get this to work. I’ve entered the css for #2 and #3 you mentioned above and I don’t see any difference.

So will the code you provided work? Or does it need to change based on your last comment?

Ok, you should be good to go now. Same user. Same PW.
Thanks!
Did you copy and paste the PW or did you type it in?
Ok, admin is set up.
Please let me know what you find.
Thanks!
Hi Rikard,
I agree that it’s coming from the theme and the theme I’m using is Enfold.
I’ve created a child theme for it, but that shouldn’t matter, correct? I’m making the Quick CSS you recommended originally, but the theme isn’t recognizing the quick CSS.
Is that a bug? You should be able to replicate that to test it pretty easily, right?
Hi Rikard,
I disabled WP Rocket and checked the box to delete old CSS and JS files, but no change in behavior.
The caption title still does not go to mixed case. It’s still all uppercase.
What do I try next?
Thanks!
Jeff
Hi Rikard,
This didn’t work.
Another idea?
Can you show me how to do this?
No, no. You know how you can select a web page for your footer? I want to be able to do the same thing for my header. Right now all we get to decide about the header is logo and menu position, header size, etc. But for the footer, we get to decide the Page based footer options?
I’m looking for the ability to do Page based header options.
Is it possible?
Hi Mike,
Thanks for the quick reply.
Is FTP the only way to do the upgrade? I very much appreciate your offer to fix it for me, but I would really like to have the experience of doing it myself.
Please advise.
Jeff
Hi Yigit,
I’m getting the same error message (The link you followed has expired).
This error is happening WHILE I’m following the instructions from the post you mention. In other words, I’ve already downloaded the plugin you mention, and I am trying to ‘upload’ only the enfold.zip.
Any other ideas?

You can close this ticket.
August 28, 2018 at 3:48 pm in reply to: Default Socket Background Color in Header/top bar when on tablet?!? #1002730Thanks, Dude.
Other than the Quick CSS, is there a place where I can set the background colors for other screen sizes? The reason I ask, is because I’d like to be able to make these kinds of color modifications without having to create new CSS to do so.
Excellent! Thanks so much. You can close this one.
Sorry, with or without the quotes?
I did see that, but wasn’t sure what it did. Do I just type ‘nofollow’ (without the single quotes) in that field?
June 25, 2018 at 3:12 pm in reply to: Image Links on iPad and iPhone don't work 100% of the time #977534Is this double tapping required only on apple products? As I mentioned, I don’t have to do that on my android mobile products.
Also, what is the overlay you mention? Is that something defined in the image element?
I’m modeling on the Gym demo, by the way.
Can you go to the website below? You’ll see I have 4 columns with the border you mention.
Obviously I have the border around several content elements because these content elements are in the same column.
But I really want to lay these columns out horizontally, which to me means sections. Is there a way to have one border around several content elements within a section? If I could take what you see on the website and lay them on their side (pic to the left, title over the text and to the right of the pic) — along with the border, it’d be exactly what I want.
You’ll see 4 sections after the main image. Each section is basically a duplicate of the previous, with different content. The content looks like it’s just ‘floating’ there in each section. I want to have a box, or border, around the pic (microphone) and associated text to the right of each image.
Of course, when displayed on a smartphone, I’d want the border to be responsive so that it ‘wraps’ the pic and associated text.
Hi Jordan,
This worked perfectly. Thanks!
Is there a way for me to alter the icon on mouse hover?
Jeff
Here it is:
Hello Rikard,
Yes, that code works perfectly. Thank you so much! You can close this issue down.
Thanks again.
Jeff
Hi Victoria,
I was given this code by one of your team members. The intent of this code is to force the main menu (text items) to become a burger menu if the users screen is 1200px or less. Without this code, what happens is the main menu items run into and overlap the logo.
I actually copied this code from another one of my websites on which it’s working perfectly. There’s something else at play here.
By the way, I’ve disabled caching and minification.
Thanks!
Jeff
