    That’s too much for a REFUND, 6 days passed since your last comment MR Ismael.
    and overall 12 days for only “Refund Issue”

    Hey Nikko,
    I just went to my dashboard in themeForest and submit a ticket 9 days ago and they are saying we are waiting author’s response to this issue.
    It’s 9 days ago so that’s why I had to tell you here.
    Please can you look at the refund request which bring made by themeForest to you?
