Re-reading the Intercom guide, it looks like you can only have one object on a page that can call the Bot using the CSS ID function.

As a result, I am going to have to rethink my plans and maybe look to include the ‘Request a demo’ button in the top menu and just have ‘watch a demo’ buttons throughout the page.

Happy to hear any other suggestions that you have.
