I have de-activated all plugins and activated them one by one. It comes back to the point that WooCom is interfering. I have also de-activated the child-theme but still WooCom is blocking the backend. How should we go one? Do you need an FTP access? Greetings Jochen

yes, in frontend its working but not in the backend. I use the following ways to edit the homepage:

1.) Dashboard-> edit you homepage
2.) pages-> all pages -> edit homepage

How would you edit it?

thanks for your comment. Of course I can keep the mail in english;-) I have got the following problem: If I want to edit my starting page I get a white screen and nothing happens. I can’t remember that I have changed anything on the backend and I haven’t installed any new software /plugins.
