November 2, 2017 at 9:54 am in reply to: Theme v4.2 – Burger mobile menu overrides Mega Main Menu #871581Hi, please can I implore anyone to help on this? I’m really stuck and I have to publish soon. Thank you in advance.
October 31, 2017 at 5:04 pm in reply to: Theme v4.2 – Burger mobile menu overrides Mega Main Menu #870888Hi sorry but the threads don’t really help. I’m still unable to rid the burger menu and it just overrides mega main menu plugin’s mobile menu.
Please have a look at my development site to see what I mean. It stays there on desktop and windowed resolution. I’ve tried the following just like before:
a#advanced_menu_toggle { display: none !important; }
and also on my Mega Main Menu’s specific options setting using
#mega_main_menu > .menu_holder > .menu_inner > ul > .av-burger-menu-main {
display: none;
}But either way, the Enfold’s burger menu remains. Really hoping that someone can help me on here.
October 30, 2017 at 8:39 am in reply to: Theme v4.2 – Burger mobile menu overrides Mega Main Menu #870378Hi Mike,
Thank you for getting back to me. Is there a way to disable the default Enfold burger menu and allow the mobile menu for Mega Main Menu to display instead? Currently the default Enfold burger menu is overriding it. I’ve tried searching for ways to disable burger menu but so far, the css that i’ve tried dont’ seem to be able to do that. I’ve setup a demo site on the link attached with the updated Enfold version.
Thank you,

Yes, I’ve tried that with the latest copy of header.php uploaded without any modifications, but am still getting the same error. Only difference now is that I’m able to adjust the colour, size etc. on the burger menu, but the issues persist:
1) Burger Menu appears on all width
2) Burger Menu does not display menu linksThanks for taking a look at it anyway.

July 27, 2017 at 9:25 am in reply to: Burger Menu appears on all screen sizes and unable to edit #830516Hi Ismael, thank you for taking the time to look at the issue. As mentioned earlier in this thread, I’ve rolled back the two sites in question to an older version of the theme because they were my client sites.
Also mentioned also earlier in this thread, I’ve instead set up a demo site with login details in the private content which mimics the problem I was facing. Would appreciate it if I could get some practical advice as to what is causing the issue, not only of the mobile menu stuck on desktop view, but also that the mobile menu doesn’t seem to have any menu links associated with it.
Is it because I’m using mega menu? Or as Victoria kindly pointed out earlier, is due to JS issues, but we didn’t add any Js customization to the site.
Thank you again for taking the time.
July 24, 2017 at 6:20 am in reply to: Burger Menu appears on all screen sizes and unable to edit #828883I have to say, I’m so disappointed in the support I’ve received on this thread. Previous support threads were promptly answered in a timely manner with specific mentions of the issues in question and I’ve been a big advocate of how great Enfold theme and support have been. But the replies I’ve been getting here just shows that either moderators aren’t really reading the posts beforehand, or they’re not really keen on going deeper with this issue that I’m having.
July 22, 2017 at 5:48 pm in reply to: Burger Menu appears on all screen sizes and unable to edit #828420Hi Victoria,
Thank you for getting back to me. Please can I ask, are these JS elements within the original Theme files? Because it’s the latest Enfold theme files that I’ve uploaded on this dev site.

July 20, 2017 at 8:14 am in reply to: Burger Menu appears on all screen sizes and unable to edit #824411Thank you @welswebmaster, but the css doesn’t work for me unfortunately. Still facing the same issue.
July 19, 2017 at 5:10 pm in reply to: Burger Menu appears on all screen sizes and unable to edit #824071Hi all, back to my original problem that prompted me to start this post.
I have created a staging site with the latest theme update to see if the problem can be addressed. Link is in the private content area. As you can see, the burger menu is on the main navigation, and mobile menu does not display any links.I’ve tried adjusting header.php, refreshed cache, etc. etc. and still have the same problem. I’m not sure where the conflict is. It might be an issue with the Mega Menu plugin, but I’ve tried turning that off and it’s still there.
Any help would be much appreciated!
July 13, 2017 at 11:08 pm in reply to: Burger Menu appears on all screen sizes and unable to edit #820853HI Basilis, as mentioned, I updated to the latest 4.1.1. But since I found no way to resolve my issue, I reverted back to my backups. When I updated to the latest version of the theme, the issue persisted. The disappearing mobile menu, and stuck burger menu on desktop seems to be affecting a number of users, and I couldn’t find a solution on the other threads as well so I’ve just rolled back with my backups.
July 13, 2017 at 1:56 pm in reply to: Burger Menu appears on all screen sizes and unable to edit #820524Hi guys, any help would be much appreciated. Apologies for posting again but I was worried that this was lost somewhere in the ether. :(
EDIT: Hey folks, it’s okay, I’ve restored my backups. Will stay away from updating for now. Still, appreciate the team’s support and time. You guys are awesome!

July 12, 2017 at 2:27 pm in reply to: Burger Menu appears on all screen sizes and unable to edit #820014Sorry, but that thread doesn’t help me. Please refer to my earlier query.
My Mobile Menu for first site is now disabled and no longer appears on mobile screens.
Mobile menu is still on my second site on desktop view and now no longer displays menu links for some reason. I’ve purged cache, deleted css stylings, and updated my header.php files on my child theme folder from the latest Enfold theme but I can’t seem to find what’s causing the error.
Please refer to the login credentials. Desperately seeking help. Many thanks in advance!

Hey thanks, Yigit, I truly appreciate your help as always!
After doing so, I’m getting the following error:Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_LNUMBER, expecting ‘,’ or ‘;’ in /home/thaivill/public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold-child/class-form-generator.php on line 498
I’ve attached my previous and current classform generator php file. Not sure why I’m getting the error for the life of me. :(
Thanks very much for your kind help, Yigit!
Unfortunately, I now have an error message when I added in the above line.Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_LNUMBER, expecting ‘,’ or ‘;’ in /home/thaivill/public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold-child/class-form-generator.php on line 493
I’ve attached my php file for your kind reference. Is it because it’s been modified from before? Here’s the current line of code from that section
echo ‘jQuery(document).ready(function(){ jQuery(“.avia_datepicker”).datepicker({
minDate: 1,
beforeShow: function(input, inst) {
jQuery(“#ui-datepicker-div”).addClass(this.id);
inst.dpDiv.addClass(“avia-datepicker-div”);
},
showButtonPanel: true,Not quite sure where I went wrong there.
Ok no worries, have found my solution. For anyone who’s struggling with the same problem with Translations using Loco Translate Plugin, I clicked on Fuzzy to clear and retyped my translations again and it saved.
I removed line 435. It worked to help me get back onto my dashboard and reinstall my backup. For anyone wondering, the specific line in the PHP file is
if( ! empty( trim( $element[‘label’] ) ) )
Hi Jpollackphoto, please can you tell me what line is that? Do you have the specific query?
My site crashed too.
Thanks so much Yigit! Please direct me to a statue of you so that I and my fellow Enfold users can head on down there to worship at your feet! Brilliant support as always!
