Hi Ismael
Yeah I did but I reactivated them because deactivating them didn’t have any effect.
I alsy tried deleting all custom modifications but that didnt have any effect either.
Anyway, it’s working now.Thank you very much.
Have a nice day.Regards,
JohnnyHi Ismael
Thanks for checking up on our issue.
For some reason, and I have absolutely no idea why, the sort buttons are working just fine now.
I have done nothing and as far as I know, neither have you.
But the issue is resolved – I’m happy:-)Do you have any idea what may have caused the problem?
Redards,
JohnnyHello Vinnie
I’m sorry but I don’t quite understand your answer.
I don’t know what alternate setup you are referring to? – in any case it is not working great for me:-/Our problem is not regarding opening the portfolio items – they work fine – our issue is with the sorting options(links). They sort properly but for some reason the browser jumps to the top of the webpage when you click on them(the sorting links).
You speak of removing the animation – how does one accomplish that? (as mentioned, we have to take into account that some are using IE9 as their only browser option)I really hope you can help me solve this issue.
It seems that the problem started to occur with the newest update of wordpress – but I don’t know.Please help.
Regards,
JohnnyHi Ismael
Thank you for your reply.
I have tried to deactivate the few plugins that we use on our site. Furthermore I’ve tried to delete all the quick css, but it doesn’t seem to do the trick. The issue does still persist.
Any other ideas on what might be causing the problem?
If you need admin. login let me know.Best regards,
JohnnyHej Josue
It worked!
Wow – it was that simple :-)I thank you all very much for your help.

JohnnyHi Devin
I have now tried to update to the latest version of the theme (2.9.2). However, the problem with the accordionslider is still there. It didn’t help.

Hm.., can it be a browser-zoom issue?
When I zoom in just a little, the logo fits the screen better.Anyway, I’m quite happy with how it looks right now, so..
Thx for your help:-)

Hi Yigit, thx for your reply:-)
I removed all the whitespace on my image file, but it didn’t solve the case.
I tried to insert the image outside the color section – and the image goes all the way to the top as supposed to – but it doesn’t seem to do it when placed within the color section. It is as iff the color section adds a little margin or padding.
Can you help me solve it?

I solved the problem.
I just used this Quick CSS:#top .iconbox.avia-builder-el-10 .iconbox_content {
background: #CEF0FF;
}.., and targeted the individual elements.
Thank you so much for your help.
