Yep… all my icons are blank as well…
Any updates on this?
Victoria… it’s the same screenshot as Kahil… Only happens on iPad… not iPhone, desktop or laptop…
As a reminder… the Tab section… when the screen loads for the first time, you briefly see the products then the page “re-sizes” and the margins seem to be right under the bottom of the tabs so the products don’t show… about where there are 7-8 pixels of the border of the top of product image…Thank you Vinay. Hiring a developer sounds like a great idea for my project anyways! I’ll click on the links you provided. I love the Enfold Theme and use it as my goto theme for most projects and all my personal sites. Enfold can (and I’m sure will) be the number one selling theme again with a few very minor updates that make significant impact on the way people use media on social and web (Truly Mobile ready)….
I look very forward to helping in any way and hopefully seeing something in the “as soon as possible” near future!

I have same issue… Using Tab Section, in settings… If I set the “content height” to “same height for all tabs”, the product grid products all show however, on tabs with 1 row… there’s a complete blank page all the way the length of the longest tab of products (product grid all set the same = columns, etc…)…
BUT…
When I set the Content height to Adjust to content… I get what Kahil has illustrated. I did notice that if I set the Tab padding to NO padding, All I see is the tabs .. zero space for contents although they are there on the computer (iMac, PC, laptop).. but NOT on iPad, tablet, iPhone, cell…) .
Please advise. :)

Ok. I’ve played around with several things today and it seems it’s something with the Tab Selection… I’ve moved products, sorted products, moved tabs, re-created tabs, re-created in different locations, re-created entire pages… and the issue exists in all scenarios however, I did notice that, out of 8 tabs… if I move #2 to a different spot… the sorting issue still exists BUT it’s different. By this I mean the first row (of 4 columns) shows only the 1st product and then the second line starts with all 4 columns…. when I move, rather than 1 product on 1st row, it’s 3 – but not 4…
There’s something with the array that is instructing 2nd row… or end of first row is my guess…Not to introduce another issue.. but I noticed a similar attribute with the preview images… when I click on the 3rd image to view, the 2nd image comes up and I have to click the right arrow to see next image – which is the one I selected in the first place. Again, an “ordering” issue.
I’m not a coder so I thought I’d at least provide this insight…. Hope this helps get this annoying issue resolved sooner. Thank you.
I too have same issue however, I’m using the product grid within the Layout Elements -> Tab Selection. Disabling all plugins except WooCommerce didn’t do anything however, I do love your posts Ismael on most all topics.
This initially worked and now it has stopped working. Any suggestions? Here is what was used from previous threads…

Obviously updating the theme is not working for me… PLEASE help. I’m NOT going to use the update methods you recommended until I get support…

I must be an idiot. The version (see copied in private content) has various versions listed in chronological order NONE are 3.3.2…. none of which are new updates as you guys posted on 9-7 above by Yigit.
The last update was in August (3.3.1). Either way, the files on ThemeForest ARE the ones I have installed on my sites and NONE are fixing the issue. ThemeForest sends me to you for support so, when you ask me to have them update your file for you, that’s weird and it’s not possible (and not my job, it’s yours).
So now what?
I’m not sure what to say…. I go to Themeforest, download section..pick one… download ALL documentation…. and it’s the older version. When I go to their support, it goes to you… says I have 6 months left of support through you guys.. Again… I’m not sure what else to say other than, please just send me a link to get the files – that seems the simplest. I’ve included my email in the private comments.
Um.. went to Themeforest support on this item and sent me back here… I just need a way to update the files… this is critical as we are about to submit to an auditing committee… and it needs to work.

I’ve purchased at least 8 copies… Just downloaded from themeforest… not the version mentioned above. Still 3.3.1 from Aug. 20. Where can I get the latest version to fix issue?
