Hi Rikard,
Can you send me a screenshot of the page – what you see?
Note: Through my phone, I see the same issue.

One final question. When I check out this page: https://affiliatemanager.expert/our-story/ the header image is not displaying. Is this an issue with caching or CSS? (The image does display when I preview the page in WordPress).
Note. I have tried on many browsers.
Cheers,
James

The login details you have are the ones that I use.
If I go to: Plugins > WP Rocket > Deactivate, it works.
Note. I went into safe mode and it said:
“Click “Apply Safe Mode” to quickly disable LazyLoad, File Optimization, Embeds and CDN options. Then check your site to see if the issue has resolved.”
This seemed to make everything work.
Frankly, I’m nonplussed. Is this a common issue/problem?

The testimonials section is effectively broken through Chrome, Edge, and Firefox. Can you look into this, please?
Cheers,
James

Note. Now the testimonials section is not displaying properly through Edge and Firefox.

Please can you check again. I’m now seeing the issue – red lines – through Edge, Firefox, and Chrome (in incognito mode). Plus on my Samsung cell phone’s browser.

When I check out my website in certain browsers I see lots of red lines. Have you got any idea what is causing this?

This message gives you permission to temporarily disable plugins (to investigate the issue further).
FTP login is a little tricky as I use Google Cloud for the hosting. What I can do (if necessary) is help you setup a FTP account per the instructions here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wDcjM7BySo0

Custom CSS to rectify this issue would work.

July 25, 2021 at 11:28 am in reply to: Enfold update – Testimonial slider background color not correct #1312202Let’s take a step back because I think the problem I’m going to outline is the core issue.
Check out this page: https://affiliatemanager.expert/choosing-an-affiliate-management-agency/
None of the Color Sections are displaying the color assigned. They are all white. This means the page looks a mess…
Have you got any idea what is causing this?
Something has broken since I updated to WordPress 5.8 and/or the new version of Enfold.

How can I make the text color in the testimonials section white?
Name Font Color
Subtitle Font Color
Content Font ColorAll 3 of these are set to #ffffff. Yet this is not what’s displaying on the webpage.
July 23, 2021 at 1:08 pm in reply to: Enfold update – Testimonial slider background color not correct #1311865Thanks, Rikard! You’re amazing.
On reflection, I also updated WordPress to the latest version [5.8]. Might this be what caused the issues?
I’m now scared to run updates…
July 22, 2021 at 9:26 am in reply to: Enfold update – Testimonial slider background color not correct #1311392The background color is in the color section. Please see WordPress login details in the section below.
There’s also another thing I can’t make sense of. On the home page all the text is missing in the blocks under ‘Here are some of the areas where we can add value beyond simple affiliate program management.’ The headlines are showing. The text is not. It’s been replaced by ‘Click to add your own text here’.
The text is in the WordPress CMS. It’s just no longer displaying…
That worked! You are amazing, Victoria! Thanks for all your help.
Take care.
James
OK. I have now disabled caching and minification, Victoria.
Do let me know what to do next.
I’d really prefer not to, Victoria. Is there any other way to find a fix to this issue?
I used the code below.
li.page_item.page-item-1249 a {
margin-left: -1000px;
}li.page_item.page-item-1249 a:after {
content: “Start here”;
position: absolute;
left: 0px;
}Something very odd that I don’t understand….
1. Click on ‘Start Here’ from the footer link.
2. When you’re on this page: https://affiliatemanager.expert/choosing-an-affiliate-management-agency/ the top Navigation menu gets messed up.
Any ideas on a fix?
That worked! Thanks, cherrmann! (I really need to learn CSS).
July 8, 2020 at 12:34 am in reply to: Header Issue – Remove the black background from this page #1228733Never mind. I fixed the issue to my satisfaction.
Thanks for the help Peter! Much appreciated.
Take care.

Hi Peter,
Thanks for the reply. This is likely a stupid question, but is there anyway to update the Theme using a plugin? [Manually updating the theme is a nightmare].
Cheers.
James
Hi Nick,
Thanks for all your help. I have implemented the .css code, and the page no longer ‘jumps’ anymore! [That was really bugging me too]. With regard to the table, I have tried to make it work on a test page [http://www.pctuneupcenter.com/test_page/] but the graphics are ‘blown up’, and the gallery has a border which I don’t like. Is a .css edit required to fix these issues?
One other question; for the 2 tablepress tables, how would you replace these if you were me? I’m stuck as I don’t see an easy way through the Enfold tools…FYI I have tried to use the Enfold table on the test page [http://www.pctuneupcenter.com/test_page/], but on my smart phone this gets torn into one single column so it’s not much of a fix…Also, I’m not sure how to make the background white for the entire table…
Thanks in advance for your help!
Take care.
James
Hi Devin,
Thanks for the help. I have updated the theme, and now the HTML issue is fixed. I have done some experimenting on a test page: http://www.pctuneupcenter.com/test_page/ to try and work out how to implement an alternative to Tablepress. Things aren’t as easy as I had hoped…
The table on the bottom of the test page renders fine on my laptop, but isn’t displayed properly on my smart-phone. [It’s broken into one continuous column]. How can I make the table display properly on a small screen like on my smart-phone? Is this possible?
Cheers.
James
Hi Ismael,
Thanks for the quick reply, it’s much appreciated. I’d very much like to use the Table element, but to do so is frankly a nightmare. . Due to WordPress’ ‘idiosyncrasies’, once I have posted HTML in the table builder, if I leave the editor, and go back, it’s torn to pieces. Do you know how to use HTML in the Table element without WordPress messing it up? [FYI I have tried the Raw HTML plugin, and it failed to do it’s job; once I left the editor it was all torn up again].
Do you have any suggestions on how to use effectively HTML in the Table element?
Also, and this is probably a stupid question,is there a plugin for Media Queries on custom css? [I’m not very familiar with css stuff].
Cheers.
James
