Hi Rikard, thank you. I have done as you suggest and the problem still persists.

I have also tried installing fresh downloads of WP and Enfold on another subdomain, to see if that helped – and alas the same problem occurred there – info below in case you wish to see.

Appreciate any further help you can offer.
