Surveymonkey popup are off on that specifice page. I turned them on to help you see that other popus work while mailchimp does not work either alone or combined with the surveymonkey code.Here it goes
Another feedback, I installed a SurveyMonkey popup. And it works on all pages and posts where it’s installed.

thanks for help, but it is not what I try to accomplish. I need to place mailchimp pop-up code so a popup will apperar on a specific page/post after 10-20 seconds. I don’t have problem with creating buttons linking to the mailchimp signup form. My goal- it has to work like scrollboxe plugin works. A vistor goes to a specific page and my specifici pop-up shows up on the screen and he signups for my specific mailinchimp list.
In my Enfold theme, I use avia layou builder and there I can add a code block where I can place a specific code. JackI need help how to use incorporate a mailchimp pop code into Enfold theme. I need to use a diffrent pop-up mailing list signup for various pages and posts.
