Already solved. It was the mailchimp plugin with database files the cause the error

I’ve changed themes to check if another theme has the same problem or that it is a problem with a plugin, that is not the case so it must me the theme which contains an error.
Could you try to update the theme in my site cause a you can see in the post above it does not work.Thank you!

Hi try to do that with your tutorial but the file transfer stops at 3603 transfers. I have try that several time, but always the same issue. I give you my login in private at the post above. so maybe can you give it a try. thanks in advance

I’ve entered the username and the api key but I can’t even save those changes. (to update the theme)
It currently runs on 4.0.7 so it could be that. But like I said can’t update to 4.2.6.

We already tried this but still, nothing has changed. I did it again, exactly the way you say but it hasn’t worked unfortunately.
I’ve contacted my hostingcompany aswell, and they checked it on server lever, but they think the theme update has overwritten the update option and add new product option.Hope you can help me solve this problem.
