Dear people at Kriesi,
I thought it was a good choice to buy the enfold theme from you. But it all seems the work out very bad. I lost lay-out.. website content is not showed. For a week now. With no response from you whatsoever. Please give a response !! The theme is ruin my business.

Problem started when I overwrote old theme by ftp
Then
I deleted the theme and did a update again by ftp
No go – problem still there
Then
I deleted the new theme and put my old (backup) theme back

Now website is accessible but most content is gone
(( Also – I did started the update because the older version of the theme only shows HTML text in the editor. So the theme is not workable.))

Please provide support.
