just to add I tried to add and remove an easy slider and full-screen slider and they work fine and delete fine on other pages, its just on my home page that they don’t work properly both easy slider and full-screen slider. regards Ian
cheers thanks for the heads up. also, im getting a lot of spam, via my email, don’t know if it’s the contact form doing it, I’ve got captcha and 3 up and running.
or is wssmpte more secure?
just trying to get to the bottom of where it’s coming from as it went away when my site was down so the only conclusion it’s back as something else is causing it.

That does not work im afraid, ive left the code in, and will roll back the site to a previous saved version, after the weekend.

sorry forgot to add the home page and all galleries are either full width sliders or easy sliders not masonry galleries, ramdonkising the masonary galleries would be cool as well.

very sorry for the late reply, i had the flu. Ok i tried to drop the code in odds on i dropped it in the wrong place and ended up with the line of code visible in the home page.If there is a way of doing it great. I just backed up my files and database before fiddling, so i just deleted them and re dragged the working ones back across.
Im not that familiar with the functions code. is there a way of attaching it to this message.
in fact doh, ive copied my current functions in the private content below.how do i drop it in in please,i know html but ccs, java etc go over my head a bit.

yes got the no round things to work, but that functions code did not work and left me with a weird string of code across my site, which did not go away when replaced with original functions file, as im not expert im rolling my database and files back to yesterday to fix the problems. when that error was not there. cheers en

went away with a cold and thought about it as other text boxes were fine. there was some extra code in there preventing the transparency, lesson learned copy all text in a text editor first then paste it from that so you can see if there is any odd code.

ok cheers i think the plug in works fine as i have had to drop in some bing and google code for an alias redirect to a specific set of pages it was just the code for security that would pad it and made the code function but not be visible.
for instance
X-XSS-Protection: 1; mode=block w
hat would you put around that to make it.

ok sussed it now,makes sure your browser cache is empty before logging in, login, enter capthcha keys should now be able to verify, just then make sure you have enabled capcha on your contact form as there is a new menu there now.
all seems to work on 4.6.2

ok so i update one site to 4.6.2 today re captcha, when i go to verify the keys in the enfold child theme, i get this message with both 2 and 3
Error on connecting to Google reCAPTCHA – please retry.
The response parameter is missing.
The secret parameter is invalid or malformed.no idea if its working on my site. Im going to roll back to 4.7.5 until this is fixed.

enok after leaving it i can now confirm that on the site with it i had to reconfim the keys again in the google child.
it only works if you have clicked the accept cookies option, otherwise the contact page will display
“This contact form is deactivated because you refused to accept Google reCaptcha service which is necessary to validate any messages sent by the form.”
it seems to have the same behaviour on any browser.
ill live with it until after the weekend and if you have haven’t found a solution ill down grade the site to the previous pre v6 version.
the old version did not do this regardless.

ive had to downgrade to the previous version i had installed few days ago only way i could solve the spam. hope you get it resolved. cheers en
so far it all seems to be ok, now have deleted that, no reports of anything either by the server people and wordfence. I also took my other 2 domains down and fully wiped those, did a clean install of wordpress and a a new enfold download, it still showed something not good in the demo folder. so something not right somewhere, when deleted both the server scan what ever there using dont know and word fence reported no problems.
