Update: I contacted my webhost and worked with it through them. They have updated and fixed my site.
This is ESPECIALLY stressful because i’m currently interviewing for new work and my website is now DOWN….. after applying to a bunch of high profile design jobs…. come on guys. This is unacceptable.
I don’t know what you guys did, but you’ve broken my site completely and it no longer loads at all. See image here: Error Time Out
Then upon clearing cache and cookies etc…. it now looks like this was loading instead of my own site: Wrong Website Cache loading after clearing cache/cookies

The account info provided has admin access, it’s in the very first post that I posted… I will post it again for you in the private content I suppose..
Also, the files you’re looking for to edit can be edited within wordpress, which is where I’ve already applied your suggested fix (and it did not work).

I would prefer not to use FTP access to my site, since you can edit the suggested files through the wordpress interface.
The videos are on the Work pages within each page toward the bottom:

Just bumping my post to see if this gets a reply. (kind of important since I’m actively applying for new jobs and need the videos to be visible on mobile)

I removed the access for now. Due to limited amount of time and deadlines I began to just attempt to install any demo pages that would work at all. The basic demo pages worked so I have moved on and just been working within those instead of Elegant Portfolio.
My webhost is HomepageUniverse. I have been working with their backend support team for a day or so and they tried every single thing they could think of other than manually installing it themselves. (unblocking ip addresses, whitelisting, disabling mod_sec etc.)
It would be nice to figure out what is going on with certain one-click imports though, because for future customers I planned to reccommend using your Enfold theme as well… and my luck would have them picking Elegant Portfolio also. :(
