Hi Yigit,
Thank you for your answer.
You are right.
It did not work before I sent in the request. Now it does. Strange, must have been a typo. Sorry to waste your time!
For anyone else reading this, just put the #anchor at the end of the link after the ?lang=xx parameter. Thanks,
Jon ErikThanks,
Don’t know if I you really answered my question.
Should I change the resolution before I upload my files?
If so, which resolution is recommended for which feature in Enfold ( see my original question)?I understand that I can use compression through different tools.
Thanks,
Jon ErikThank you.
I still do not understand why I get a border on a separator/whitespace when I have specifically set it not to show.
So I would like to remove the border from the whitespace located between the color section and fullwith easy slider on my home page. The point is that the border only shows up there and nowhere else so there must be an error. If I move the section further down the page, the line disappears. Thanks,
Jon ErikHi,
Support at WPML solved the problem by adding the attached code to the php-template.
Is there a way to make this a standard part of Enfold as I am sure I’m not the only using more than one language. Thanks,
Jon ErikThis is crazy. You were right. The line is gone when the whitespace is removed. I have a dual language site and I looked at the wrong language.
I did some more testing. I added a text field instead (with white text) and the line shows up anyway.
And when I have none, the line is not there, but if I look closely when the page is loading, the line is there, but then it disappearsI need to control how much whitespace I have there. How do I do that without using the separator/whitespace function?
Thanks,
Jon ErikHi,
Sorry about the delay.I have deactivated all plugins except WPML plugins and the problem still exists. There are still a mix of Norwegian and English blogs on the recommended list.
Thanks,
Jon ErikHi,
Sorry for the delay, been travelling.
Don’t know if you did something and put it back, but the line is still there. Thanks
Jon ErikThanks,
No changes. Line is still there.
Jon ErikHi,
I don’t understand how whitespace (which by definition is without borders) would add a border.
I did remove it and the border is still there but it messed up other things further down.
Thanks,
Jon ErikHi,
Two of the articles are recommended in two languages. It should only be recommended in the language you are in (Norwegian in your example).
Jon ErikHi,
It didn’t work, but I added
!important;
and now it works like a charmThank you,
Jon ErikThank you, that worked great.
Is there a similar one for the error message?
Jon ErikFantastic, that worked great. Now I know for next time how the categories work in a different language.
It does leave a gap there between the two comments-engines i have. Is this because of the change we did with the share buttons or is it something else. How can I reduce it?
thanks again,
Jon ErikUpdated and the problem still exists!
Jon ErikI did some more research today and saw that the test page you put in worked. However my pages still did not even if the Quick CSS code was the same.
When I changed the language of your test page to Norwegian, it did not work any more. When I changed one of my pages to English, it worked.I have checked the categoriy-names and the only difference in the Norwegian language is the slug which is team-nb.
Any clues?
Jon ErikThank you.
That hid the title bar. Thank you.A couple of questions:
– Should it not be enough to hide it on the actual page (choosing hide both under title bar setting). I really dont want to fill up Custom CSS if I dont have to.
– It still left a white area with the menu line under. Any easy way to go full screen? Thanks,
Jon ErikThanks,
Apologize for the website being slow. My host is having server challenges.
The team posts are under the Norwegian language.Vinay, your code is the same as I have implemented, but I checked it again to be sure. Still the same result.
Be aware that I am only working on the Norwegian version of the pages.Any other suggestions?
Thanks,
Jon ErikThanks, the info is in the private section.
I see more and more it is a problem using the same category name over different language.I dont think I make myself clear.
There is no font setting in Special Heading. You can only choose H1 to H6.
When I choose H1, for instance, does it use the H1 definition in Advanced styling or General Styling. To me it looks like it uses General Styling and that is not good because it limits my options. Also, can you tell me what the Heading style Modern and Heading style Classic do to the font.
Thanks,
Jon ErikThat was it.
Didnt think of looking in the trash :-)
Do not know how it ended up there as I don’t remember deleting it.
Thank you.Thank you.
It works :-)Hi,
That moved it over slightly and did the trick.
Not sure what you mean by > sign is not converted, but I dont have that string in my CSS so it should be OK.
Thank you!
Jon ErikWonderful,
that did the trick :-)
