Updating the theme DID NOT resolve the issue.
Would you please respond more quickly and put more resources into resolving this issue which has been unresolved almost TWO WEEKS.
I appreciate your efforts, but I really need a solution. Please refer this to someone who can resolve it.
Thank you,
Ingrid.

STILL NOT WORKING
Disabling the masonry animation does NOT make the main menu ABOUT and CONTACT links scroll to the correct place. Not in incognito mode, not in any mode.
It doesn’t fix the problem AND it introduces an additional unwanted effect with the way the masonry images load. Please test the page using the following steps, provide solution that work , or, better still use the admin login provided above to implement the solution.

Load the home page
Scroll down just enough for the main menu to appear, (just a very small scroll)
On the main menu, click on ABOUT or CONTACT
They do not scroll to the correct placeTHANK YOU.
September 30, 2019 at 5:11 am in reply to: Enfold – with the Visual Artist Demo files – two small issues #1143217This issue is not the masonry loading effect. The issue is the About link in the main menu: it does not scroll to the correct anchor tag when clicking on the About link for the first time after page load. On subsequent clicks on the About link it scrolls to the correct place. Please read back through this thread to the beginning.
PLEASE DON’t keep me waiting 3 more days.
Thanks

This issue is still unresolved, despite your efforts it has been 7 days. Would you please respond, and kindly test your ideas before you recommend them to me, as another 3 day wait for a solution that doesn’t work is not impressing my client.
Thank you,
Ingrid.September 27, 2019 at 1:46 pm in reply to: Enfold – with the Visual Artist Demo files – two small issues #1142756OK, I tried that, and it didn’t help.
I’ve given you an admin login, and I would appreciate it if you use this to test your recommendations. I don’t want any more *ideas*, just fixes. especially given I am waiting 24 to 72 hours to test suggestions that don’t work.
This is a product that I’ve paid good money for. Please make it work as advertised.
Thank you,
Ingrid.

I’ve disabled the masonry animation using the method you suggested above, but it hasn’t resolved the issue. Plus it has introduced an intermittent masonry loading effect which is unwanted. Could you come up with a solution that works.
Thank you,
Ingrid.Hi,
I should have said I’m using the Enfold theme with the Visual Artist Demo files.
The demo has a css style for .special_amp.
I’m hoping there can be an easy way of getting rid of the .special_amp. I don’t have the skills to create a child theme or edit the functions.php. I’m hoping there is an easier way.
Can you provide a solution that I could copy/paste into the WordPress > Dashboard > Appearance > theme editor.
Thank you,
Hi,
Just wondering when I might get a response. I’m based in Sydney, what hours do you provide support?
Thank you,
Ingrid.

November 9, 2018 at 6:10 am in reply to: Main menu not appearing on category archive pages. #1031542Hi Rikard,
The plug-in you ask about “Archive Control” was installed long after the menus went missing from the category archive pages.
The archive control plug-in is adding a text field on the Parent Archive pages, but this was added about four days ago, and the menus have been missing from the archive pages for more than a week.
I think the menus first disappeared from the category archive pages when I organised the category heirarchy. In other words when I assigned categories to Parent categories.
I’m pretty desperate to get this fixed, my client is getting annoyed.
Thank you.
Ingrid.
November 8, 2018 at 1:02 pm in reply to: Main menu not appearing on category archive pages. #1031219Hi, I wondered if the problem is because I have a category hierarchy, with many parent categories and sub categories.
November 8, 2018 at 7:45 am in reply to: Main menu not appearing on category archive pages. #1031132This reply has been marked as private.Hi,
Thanks for your reply.I have about 350 images. They all have the same widths, but the heights vary. I want the height to be uncropped on the single blog post.
When I display them as a featured image on a single blog post they are always cropped. See link 1 below
When I display them after manually adding the image to the content editor, it is uncropped.’See link 2 below
So my question is
On the single blog post page how can I make the image appear uncropped but still use the featured image upload to do this.
Thank you,
-

Hi,
Thanks for your reply. It is the height of the image that is the problem. All my images have a different height, and I don’t want them to appear cropped when I use them on a single blog post, as a featured image.
If I manually insert the image into the post I can display the image correctly based on the image width and height. See link 1 below.
If I display the image using the featured image option, then the image appears cropped. See link 2 below.
How can I change the settings so the featured image shows the full height on a single blog post (as shown in link 2)?
Thank you,
-
