Yes its the plugin, I changed the theme and the issue still happens. Thank you for your help with this! I’d like to keep this ticket open still for now just in case I have any more questions while updating the rest of my Enfold sites.

I have another site running enfold and I updated woocommerce on a staging server and get another error with a different plugin and I’m unable to view or edit the page. Is this just another incident of a different plugin that isn’t working with woocommerce 3.0 or is it something happening with the theme? Here is the error, staging URL and credentials in private content.

I’ve moved one of my sites to a staging server and updated woocommerce and the theme, now when I go to edit a product I get this error,

Awesome, I know you guys are, just have clients that are worrying about the updates. I tried the fix from Mensmaximus, works but I’m unable to edit product pages after, get a PHP error. I’ll wait for your update:). Not sure if this is part of it, my shop page losses its styling, the avia arrow disappears and the text losses all styling, all other product pages are good.

About to try this out, but again, do you have an estimated time frame when the next update will be released for Enfold to solve these issues? If I use the fix from Mensmaximus, do I need to remove the function and styles after Enfold is updated?

Updated the theme, no luck. Not sure what looks strange in the child css, I deactivated all styles in my child theme and no change. Haven’t had this issue before with enfold. Any other ideas?

Yes, exactly. It looks like any color I pick for the socket background is taking precedence, however the preview in the theme options shows the correct color I picked for the body background. I inspected the element and it’s implementing this code but I don’t know why,

}I know I can change this in my custom styles, but I would prefer it works in the options panel. Any help is greatly appreciated!

I understand about the child theme, I was just wondering how to add the custom code to it and not directly to my theme files. I already had the plugin simple image sizes installed so I messed with it a little and was able to achieve what I was looking for. I apologize for starting a new topic for something the plugin could accomplish, but the other posts had changes to template files as well as using this plugin. This topic can be closed.

I guess when they first get to Chrome it’s fine until they put the cursor over the magnifying glass and it flies to the right. I can’t recreate the issue. I asked him if his browser is up to date and he says it is. I think he’s on a laptop, I don’t have one for testing. Link to a screenshot is in the private content. Any help is appreciated!!!

I just turned on repeat for the background instead of stretching full width and that fixed the issue. So if anyone has the same issue, there it is. Sorry for starting a topic on this, I thought it might be a browser issue. This ticket can be closed.

I just received another email from my client that is working with a Google expert, Emmanuel Flossie. They tried to add the code, but it didn’t work. Here’s the last email Emmanuel sent me regarding this;

It’s a very complicated theme you have. I recommend asking the developer to update the theme, as this will affect all his customers.

It looks like the theme developer needs to be contacted as the standard theme microdata is missing this information. I recommend contacting the theme developer, to update the theme to include microdata for condition
For missing microdata for condition you only need to add 1 line of code which is explained in the following article/Could you look and see if you can do this for us?”
