I did that but nothing has changed. I will purge the CDN. May be that is the reason.
Thanks
October 16, 2018 at 2:14 pm in reply to: Enfold 4.5 Update: Fullwidth Sub Menu Links Are Not Clickable #1022203Hi,
The same issue. I changed one menu for one page but it is the same. You cannot click. I created the admin user account. You can see that for yourself.
Thanks.
October 16, 2018 at 10:28 am in reply to: 4.5 problem with fullwith sub menu – not clickable #1022086Hi,
Did not see this and opened a new thread today. The same problem. I also updated the theme via ftp. Also purged the CDN files. The problem persists.
If you find any temporary solution, please share.

I could not open the image but if you say so that’s ok. I do not use this firefox browser may be it is old and need to be upgraded and that’s why I could not see that. I do not know.
Thanks
January 24, 2017 at 7:42 pm in reply to: Search icon and shopping icon, also Facebook icon are not being displayed. #737902Hi,
Update….
Because I use cdn, it takes time for the cdn files to be replaced after the caching I do not know. In chrome there is not any problem but in firefox there still is.
Thanks.
January 24, 2017 at 11:27 am in reply to: Search icon and shopping icon, also Facebook icon are not being displayed. #737665Hi,
I did it and cleared browsing data but the same issue still exists. Then I cleared the caching ( WP Super Cache ) on the admin side but there still is the same problem.
What is your suggestion?
Thanks

Hi ismael,
I do not have a pc just used the web browser mentioned. However, the mega manu for instance has a problem. You can see the look of the index page. At least part of it. Did you look at it?
There is a guy in codeable. If you tell me that something is wrong I will inform him. He completed the update.
Thanks

The team in woothemes found a solution for the Tab manager problem and it is in the changelog now as a list item.

Hi Andy,
This problem happened before 11 months ago while we were trying to migrate from Abundance to Enfold. In woo themes Thomas Shellberg solved this issue before. Then he shared me the Enfold theme files without this problem and send your team as well. You also included this fix in the changelog version 3.4 after that.
For the staging site ( dev.. ) the same guy Thomas Shellberg is working on it. He is really capable. When he is done, he propably send you the files I do not know. Because he is working on the dev site ( staging site ) he has used default theme to check “Woocommerce Tab Manager”s problem I guess.
When he solved this problem, I will inform you too.
Best Regards

Yeah. I am so happy. That’s it. Solved. Perfect.
Thank You Yigit. Thank you so much.

Yigit,
I have Mavericks 10.9.5. In the chrome I cleared Browsing Data. Then Refresh the page. Still the same problem.
Tried with Firefox. Refreshed the page but the same problem when I decreased the width.
In safari the same problem.
I do not know the reason. I do not know if it is the Mac or PC but if that’s the case for the mac users this is not good. There are lots of tablet users. In google analytics I see that the proportion of the customers who use tablets are nearly close to the PC users.
My mother has a sony vaio with Windows 7. I tried it with chrome after refresh. The same results.
What could be the reason that you do not see and I see that on Mac Mac Pro and on the laptop?
Best Regards

October 28, 2015 at 2:32 pm in reply to: The space between edge of the boxed layout and edge of the browser. #526098Hi,
Thank you for your hard word Ismael. Something is happening but it is wrong. The space is diminishing but the line of the boxed layout is moving towards to ege of the window. The boxed layout size should be constant but It is not in this case. Just the content is constant except for the full width images which stretch and become as wide as the browser width minus a little 4-5 px white space ( because of % 98 I guess ) and grid row is problematic. If the browser is as wide as 23 inch display width, the boxed layout then will become as wide as the browser width I mean. The line of the box sticks to the browser edge. It is not what we want.
My Enfold width is 1315. If the browser width is wider, then the line of the boxed layout moves towards the walls of the browser which in turn causes a wide space within the boxed layout ( between the line and content ) except for the full width images. It is messing with the content area. This area should be untouchable.
The logic here is simple. The boxed layout should be constant. However when you start the decrease the page width size ,until it is as small as the tablet size, the space is there and it is unnecessary occupying valuable area. Some laotops users may want to make browser size like 1000 px wide if their display is small and they do not have the second display. I know there are lots of people like that. For the size between the tablet and 1315 px width that space should be controlled.
Overall, before it was a neighbourhood issue, this unnecessary space becomes the problem within Enfold layout itself. This code does not eliminate the space it invites the space inside of the layout. I do not know if I could describe the problem properly. Trying…

October 27, 2015 at 11:57 am in reply to: The space between edge of the boxed layout and edge of the browser. #525439Ismael,
Thanks for the response. I added the code but the space is still there. Nothing happened. Tried via safari then via chrome. Refreshed the page but it has the same width.
When you decrease the width of the page you see that it is constant. It does not shrink until the tablet size. For the tablet size there is not any space like that.

October 25, 2015 at 7:18 am in reply to: Enfold automatically changes the fonts for heading and body text. #524336Hi İsmael,
Where will I add the code? Under “global $avia_config;” line? The same as before?
Thanks
October 23, 2015 at 2:39 pm in reply to: Enfold automatically changes the fonts for heading and body text. #523853Hi,
Thank you for the response Andy. Created an admin user profile.
This site is live. Even If you deactivate the tab manager, all the products will be naked in terms of structure. I do not want to try that option because I am not a developer and cannot handle if any problem occurs.
However, I tried something else. I deleted the codes below in function php after “global $avia_config” line I have added like 1 week before. And I have chosen open sans for heading and body text then I saved. When I view a page I have seen the typical open sans with of course its non-latin character problem. Without the code, this problem does not arise but the core problem ( non-latin char issue ) is still there. I guess your system refuses to save open sans fonts if we add the codes below in function.php. In summary, when I delete the code below, your system chooses the fonts but with non-latin char problem. May be there is a need to change the code a little. I don’t know. You are the experts. I have just diagnosed and I am not sure that I did right.
add_filter( ‘avf_google_heading_font’, ‘avia_add_heading_font’);
function avia_add_heading_font($fonts)
{
$fonts[‘Open Sans’] = ‘Open Sans:400,600&subset=latin,latin-ext’;
return $fonts;
}add_filter( ‘avf_google_content_font’, ‘avia_add_content_font’);
function avia_add_content_font($fonts)
{
$fonts[‘Open Sans’] = ‘Open Sans:400,600&subset=latin,latin-ext’;
return $fonts;
}Best Regards
Thank you for the reply. Upgraded and there is not any issue.
September 18, 2015 at 6:04 am in reply to: Fixed column width for the text above the background image #505244Hi Ismael,
When you create an object in illustrator, you put a text inside it and calculate the character count or simply manipulate the vectorial design ( background image ) vertically to make the text fit inside based on the specific text size you will choose on the page. When you change the text or add a paragraph in the future, you can always edit the object inside illustrator and change the background image by replacing the old vectorial image. It is actually 1 minute work. So the text here does not come from an XML file. It is simply static or limited of course.
Thank you for your answer. May be in the future text position specific background image feature comes up. Until then I have to consider another design alternatives.
Best Regards
September 17, 2015 at 4:32 pm in reply to: Fixed column width for the text above the background image #504964Hi Andy,
You cannot access it. It is closed. I have written that. You should login via wp-admin then you can see the pages. There is a lockout plugin. This site is the duplication of my live site ( especially woo commerce products ) . After all adjustments, we will migrate it to the original server. That’s why it is closed to public and google.
Or is it the login problem?

September 17, 2015 at 8:13 am in reply to: Fixed column width for the text above the background image #504556Hi,
Thank you for the answer. 3 columns. One in the middle has a background image added inside the “Colors” tab of that column. That’s it. First one has equal height or individual height option ( tried both ) . It does not matter what you choose, the text over the background image is problematic. The same result.
I created an admin account as it is needed.
Note: Ismael, the site is closed to public. In order to change the theme ( Abundance to Enfold), this temporary domain and server have been chosen. You should actually login to see the page. My developer set up Lock Out plugin.
