That forum is sending me to pay for the enfold theme, but we already have purchased that theme. Is there a way to update without paying for a new license?

Hi Vinay, thanks for your help. Will you please explain this more…I’m not sure I’m understanding what I need to do. Are you saying I need to create a new API Key and then enter it in API key in Enfold > Google Services > API Key?
If not, will you please clarify. Thank you.
Ok, is it any different if I’m not using a child theme? where exactly should i paste that info in the function.php? please know i am not a programmer :)

I can’t copy and paste anything…because both the visual and text tabs are blank in both Avia and Default text editors. I’ve attached a screenshot video of what I’m referring to, please see the link.

I tried your recommendation of copying from the text editor. When I first looked at my page, I was able to see content in both visual and text tabs. I headed out for a meeting, closed out of WP and when I logged back in, both my visual and text tabs are blank. I’ve tried this on two different computers and on Safari and Chrome.

We want to include the landing page demo (in the Enfold Demo section) into our site…without altering our current website. I’m a novice on coding…trying to following the debug info. you provided earlier isn’t clear for me. Would you be able to explain that more or is there a video tutorial I could watch?

Curious, I want to add a landing page option to my website. Is there a way to download the landing page demo without altering what I’ve already designed? Or is there a way to see the demo content (coding) and create a landing page based off that?

Since it’s taken you several days to get back to me, I’ve figured out that I could make changes if using Chrome. Initially, I was using Safari, Version 9.0.2 (11601.3.9). Any idea why Safari isn’t compatible?

No, I am not able to modify anything in the avia builder or default editor…it is blank. what you see on the website is how everything imported.
