Dear Rikard,
We have managed to update the version of the software but when all of our pluggins are on, moving in between pages is still painfully slow. When I deactivate them all, its fine.
Obviously I have to have the pugglins live, otherwise I wouldn’t have them installed.
I have tried deactivating one at a time several times, changing the order of how I deactivate them and its the same, so the problem isnt with one particular plugin.
Any help would me much appreciated.
Marcia
Hi Yigit,
We’ve finally managed to update the file, but the website is still incredibly slow.
If you’re logged in and trying to add new pages, its taking average 2 minutes each time I want to change between one page to the other and in the end it tells me that the connection is lost.
What can I do?
Thanks
Marcia
Hi Elliot.
Yes in the meantime I managed to fix it myself.
Thank you.
Hi Yigit.
I’ve found a solution.
Thank you for your help!

Yes the problem is solved so we can close this topic. I have in the meantime asked a different question so I’m just waiting for support on that one.
Thank you very much.

Hi Yigit!
I created the side menu under widgets > display everywhere > custom menu.
So I’m not sure what to change there to make the text align to the entire page width because I want it to show in every page anyway.
Is there a way to do this?
Thank you

Nothing is ticked, and it keeps on appearing once I publish the pages. Is there anything else I’m missing?
Thanks
